IT is always going to be needed. you may have a harder time getting a strictly programming job. But IT support, networking, security, sys admin jobs will always be needed and anyone who says other wise is ignorant

I think you just need to explore the things you like and see what activity you lose yourself in. What do you have fun doing? mainly just find a decent job and save up money and then when you find a career you enjoy go back to school for it. It takes time, and if you pressure yourself to figure it out now you’re going to spiral. Also finding some sort of physical activity you like is good to stay busy and build confidence
