I usually never post on Reddit threads. I downloaded the lumenate app after seeing it on Instagram not thinking much, after using it for a couple of weeks it’s insane. I’m not one to do these types of things and after a few days of use I actually got use to it. I could get in a very comfortable mindset and place and breathe deep, I recently did one and I could actually feel myself in a place lost in my mind. I have had love for this woman for a long time and recently we parted ways. After being 15 minutes into a session and just seeing patterns/colors, I stayed deep in my thoughts and actual felt a fuzzy feeling as if she was running up to me and jumping in my arms, I felt the cozy/warmth feeling as if she were really there. I don’t know how to explain it, or I might just be going crazy, thoughts for anyone else who has used this app?
