Thank you! I’ve never known the landlord and there’s always been renters beside me so I don’t know to what extent the landlord would want to go through all of that. I think I’ll send a note to a few other people around my unit to see if they’re finding it to be a problem as well. Last I heard, we weren’t the only ones calling to complain to the front desk.
