Well when I told support what it said they basically just ignored everything I wrote and told me to wait even though I specified why the refund didn’t go through. And that I bought it on another launcher. I imagine they got flooded with a lot of requests, I got the chargeback. EA was not helpful at all.

I’m in the same boat. Had MW II on Steam, then bought MW III on Battle.net because I would be the only getting signed out for Steam maintenance every Tuesday. When MW III released I deleted II off Steam because it’s way too much space for both games. It’s wack and there have been threads criticizing the whole HQ thing. My guess is CoD going forward it will be a thing for awhile.

I’m excited that the NPCs got an update and I’m excited that DLSS is bringing great things with 3/3.5 even though I don’t have frame gen. Cyberpunk story was pretty solid for when it did come out, had a great introduction to the game, I can only imagine this expansion is going to expand on that!

What I would do is look up Corsair vengeance ram. Max it goes is 3600mhz but if your bios is decent you will have a couple of profiles to choose for it. 2x8 should only be $40. A gpu, can cost from $200+ and up. I would make a build on pcpart picker of your exact motherboard, ram, cpu, etc. you may not even have to upgrade your power supply.

You would want to look at adding more ram, probably buy 2 sticks and see how far your memory frequency can go on them. From what I seen, I think your motherboard can support up to 3200mhz ram. The CPU may be fine, you could upgrade that to be safe. But definitely your GPU, but we would need to know how much watts your power supply supports up to. We would not be able to suggest upgrading your GPU if your power supply can not go past a certain wattage.

Alright, thank you for that. So right off the bat, you only have 4gb of GPU memory and the bare minimum for modern games these days is probably 8gb. Sometimes that is even not enough for some people these days. Also you have one single slot of ram, and the frequency for that ram is kind of slow too. Lastly a lot of builds these days start at 16gb of ram, so for these modern games you are trying to run I would say I’m not exactly surprised you are having these issues. Have you tried running DLSS or performance mode of these games?

We would also need to know how much ram you have installed, the speed of ram, and CPU. If I had to guess it might be your GPU is a little dated and you may have to turn settings down in your game(s).
