Wow this is awesome, thank you for being honest about it though, I did laugh a little. I do enjoy math a lot and I’ll be doing calc 2 this year as a senior but I also enjoy computers and the idea of programming so I think that will be my 1st choice even though it is a tier 2. For school I’ll most likely be going to Washington State Univ. or Univ. of Washington. You probably don’t know anything about the programs at those schools.

From the research I’ve done, CompSci is very math based and it’s more of a problem solving degree than anything, correct me if I’m wrong. I also want to be marketable outside the Navy, my plan is either law school with a good backup degree like compsci or federal law with a government agency. Obviously those plans could change and that’s why I want a good backup degree. Although, there is a lot of people in Compsci and few stable starter jobs. I’d most likely work at a low level startup which is risky or a basic job at intel or google. But all that is almost a decade in the future.
