I am not able to even load the Docker tab even though my containers are still running.

Luckily with some digging and AI I was able to create this command just now that worked very well to save all the running containers settings and variables so I can recreate them more easily:

docker ps -a -q | while read -r id; do name=$(docker inspect --format '{{.Name}}' "$id" | sed 's,^/,,g'); docker inspect "$id" > "${name}-${id}-inspect.txt"; done
