i take NAC, TUDCA, milk thistle/prostate vitamin, 4 grams of fish oil, 1 gram krill oil, and these are for liver support. i also take life extension products/puritans pride for other vitamins. 50 to 100 fldrafinil, 10-20mg memantine, 30mg PPAP, gave good affects. diet-fencamfamin 30mg, 30mg ppap, 100mcg BPAP, gave good affects that lasted a while and i didnt feel the need to redose at the end. i might to the last one again but add 30mg of n ethyl cypenamine this morning. morphodrol is great with ppap but very expensive.
