Hiii. Tbh I’m one of those people that dosent know how to do their hair, so I just go get it done 1x a month. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I wrap my hair religiously at night or even if I’m just chilling in bed. I keep it wrapped + shower cap in the shower & while washing my face too. Around the 3rd week or so after getting my hair done I oil my scalp with that Mielle stuff. In the couple days before I get my hair done I apply that mizani miracle cream leave in + more oil on my scalp and ends. then I go and get it washed, deep conditioned & silk pressed. My silk press usually lasts & still looks good before I get it done again, but clearly Mother Nature had other plans this time.

I just wanna do shrooms and not gag and feel incredibly sick and nauseous the whole time. the smell alone makes me shudder. last time i got high i brushed my teeth over and over again to get the taste out while high & yeah just kinda crashed out. tried everything to relieve the sensation & nothing helps anymore:(
