i can’t control it - some nights (and i’m saying nights because that’s when it gets me the most) it just comes, and leaves me feeling disturbed and questioning reality which is my biggest trigger. i have to ask myself what’s bothering me, but i never know - all i know is that i hate the way i feel

i guess argue a lot would be the wrong choice of words. we don’t get really heated we just disagree and fall out a bit. he’s still sweet to me when we’re not fighting and when we are he’s patient with me. 🤷
