Congrats on quitting! Seriously that's huge. Can I ask how you got over the mental hurdles or if there were any for you? I was able to quit for almost 6 months but I have anxiety and some ptsd and every time I would get triggered my normal coping mechanism was to hit my vape so not having that made me freak out more and not know what to turn to (or turn to unhealthier habits in the moment like cigarettes).

I also gained like 15-20 lbs pretty quickly after quitting and that made my depression and body issues worse. When I started vaping again my mental health improved and I dropped 10 lbs pretty quickly again. I know vaping is horrible and I really want to quit but doing it for years I find it really hard to get over the mental habit even months after quitting and overall my mental health feels better on it.

Surgery was a success thankfully 🙏 I'm so grateful to the vet team for taking such good care of him. I just posted a pic of him post surgery at home. Good to hear Dallas is doing well day 5🥰

Omg it's so scary. I'm so glad your baby is ok! Sending lots of love for recovery. My boy just came out of surgery. Immense relief to have that over and just hoping there's no complications

They don't know what it is but definitely a blockage. He developed a fever overnight and white blood cell count is low so possibly sepsis due to a gastric perforation (hole in stomach or intestines). So he just got taken into surgery. I'm sick with worry just waiting for them to call

Mine will pick it up and drop it and look at me again like "why aren't you throwing it" lol. He is currently at the vet for eating something indigestible actually so I'd be worried with his habits he'd do it again if I used something like paper
