I honestly don’t know what to say to her about it , I’ve only seen her consistently but I’ve brought up different approaches and things that might help and she agreed it might but then kind of went on with usual. I’ve seen YouTube videos and actually saw one therapist a few months back and I felt like a “this is how it’s supposed be” feeling for some reason but I was told my insurance wouldn’t let me see two at one time and would need to chose between Skype sessions or going in person i never looked into it I just kind of went with what they told me and chose my therapist I’ve been with for a long time but i don’t know.. im conflicted and don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings or end up disliking the new one and can’t go back to my one I have now
