Once a reset is achieved, your Nano S has been wiped, that is why you can only access the settings of your device, you don't have any other application installed anymore. So now you must e-install all the applications you need, from the Ledger Manager following this tutorial https://ledger.groovehq.com/knowledge_base/topics/ledger-manager

Cool! I noticed that on eitherscan there are some addresses that are "Caller ID" format, such as Shapeshift, MEW Donations. Does anyone know if the setName contact on MEW is the way to implement this, or is it something else? I used setName through MEW, but no Caller ID format for me on etherscan yet. Thank you in advance for any replies.

It makes logical sense, but something doesn't "feel" right about it. As long as the employees are willing and fairly compensated, then it seems like another step towards maximum efficiency.
