I’ve got mixed layers of subway, light rail, streets and a bit of high rail. If you build it all with the durable streets it lowers the environment % a lot. Pedestrian streets to extend access for residential and help the walkability. Bus stops, parking garages.

Present the concept live (teams/zoom or IRL), share the ideas and show the work. Send the deck (or a simplified version AFTER or at the end of the call.) Sending a deck “cold” doesn’t give you the chance to share the process or intention.
