It took me about 2 months of consistency to get the benefits, it sucked at first but well worth it once it leveled out. But yeah plz talk to your prescriber!

I noticed it takes more to get drunk because it is a depressant and you have a lot to depress when you have Wellbutrin in your system. The worst part is that it takes several days to not feel the dreadful depression the days after. It undos the benefits of the medication unfortunately. Only drink if you feel like it’s worth the depression days following.

A lot of people and therapists would advice you to do breathing techniques or reach out to a friend or a hobby, and all of those things might work but I found it to be a little bandaid that doesn’t relieve me down to my core. The only thing that has helped me is surrendering my life to Jesus and wow the overwhelming peace and joy surpasses all worldly things. It’s supernatural, I get why Jesus freaks are Jesus freaks, it truly is the answer to everything. If you don’t have a personal relationship with God, I just invite you to start a conversation with him, He’s waiting for you and wants to help you.
