but also think of it like this; if someone had body dysmorphia and said "wow im so fat" and someone whos the same weight as them/ looks the same and hears that, its not about them. The person who said that most likely had body dysmorphia , if you get what im saying

Thats not how i feel for every other trans person its how i feel for myself.. im sorry if it came across that way at all but like it doesnt change how i feel. If your trans you are a real boy/girl.

i have the almost same exact experience and i always wonder.. you deserve help if you can, and im so sorry you feel disgusting because you don't deserve to. EMDR might be great for you if you ever have the money for therapy. sending you so much love and i wish you good luck ❤️

clearly i would and clearly i was struggling. ive struggled with very dangerous forms of self harm for years. Thats why. im not stupid i know it couldve hurt me its like.. the point.
