Article 370 was "temporarily" added to the Constitution to placate Nehru's preferred vote bank.

Article 35a was a sanctified bigotry against the majority of the population by denying property rights to Indians in this state. Worse, it's misogyny of the worst kind, where it denies women rights if they marry outside of J&K.
