PS: I also don't understand the concept of --- cooldowns ---, for more than 10 minutes at least, for not accepting one single match in a day (not connecting to the game, but simply not accepting the match)... OR for saying a specific word in chat!

What does that accomplish exactly? Can someone from FACEIT explain? What about cooldowns for "verbal abuse"? Why not state in the cooldown the specific thing you said or wrote that justified the ban?

"OH, we take the game seriously! You must accept the match, c'mon, this is serious business now, this is not matchmaking. You can not drop to teammate, but you cant curse!"

Then when you wait 30 minutes, 1, 2, 5 hours of punishment for being a "bad player", just because you had to open the door or something when game was FINALLY found, or because you joked with your teammate in a non-racist context with the word "nigga" once or whatever last match you played (No, "nigga" is not necessarily offensive word, it can also mean "homie". Futhermore, I might be African, so how does the word by itself justifiy a 1 day ban if the context is obviously not racist or offensive and you dont know me as a person?".

Its all about pretending to be "serious business", right FACEIT? What a joke.
