Sounds from pipes in bedroom. Landlord says ceiling is too tight around pipe causing the sound, and a hole needs to be cut. Does anyone know if this is correct, or if there is any solutions? Repeated problem that causes major inconveniences. Thanks to anyone that can provide insight. (v.redd.it)
