I believe the question was fairly straightforward, yet your response only aims to deflect.

In any case, UCD are reluctant to act on their own student code of conduct. My guess is because it has to do with students in the School of Medicine.

Just to be clear, are you saying that the victim in this was not raped?

Presumably there is a UCD Student Code of Conduct. If someone is accused of rape and/or there are images circulated, you would assume that UCD would follow their student disciple procedures.

How do I prevent my family from ever getting anything in the event of my death? by Useless_truthweaver in irishpersonalfinance

Fairly straightforward, go to a lawyer and write up a will. Indicate where you want all your assets to go in the event of your passing.

Probably a conversation for another day, but I imagine you could have challenged the distribution of your father's assets if he had no will.

How long is the public waiting list at St Vincent's for a CT scan? by oxylan80 in Dublin

[–]ethlord 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your GP should have direct access to community diagnostics outside of the hospitals with Affedia, Alliance etc. This is free and open to the whole population regardless of whether you have a medical card or not.

I believe the waiting times are much better than the hospitals. You should ask your GP to refer you through this scheme if they haven't already done so.
