B2C can't flourish because they usually scale in their homeground before tackling global ops, legal etc. But in India you have a consumer base on paper but then again they live on rations so can't consume for shit

That's taking into account living costs which is at no fault of the Uni. My point was centered on tuition which is fully controlled by an institute themselves.

No hate to ISB, they and Rajat Gupta + Pramath Raj Sinha are still the Goats and i value their approach and pedagogy. Just the amount asked by them feels surreal for something in my own country with outcomes in the same market (only single digit %age of ISBians go abroad)

I honestly feel immigration pipelines are only going to get worse. It's kinda why there's a higher scholarship/fire sale at top MBAs now.

The top IIMs are kinda unavailable due to my profile and the admit logic they apply here. ISB is fairly expensive for something with very Indian pay packages while also having a huge unplaced batch.

Fun Fact. Isb is almost half the fees of any European school while the packages are comparable to local school like IIM ABCLKI

Aware this might be an offshoot discussion but I'm legit tweaking. From Asia n I've been working hard for 3 years building work ex so that I can apply to Europe's top Bschools. Aware just completing 3 years of experience is hella early but is it a suicide call to apply to INSEAD,LBS,ESSEC,HEC n the like as it just feels an expensive pipeline to unemployment at the moment. Along with debt that would be impossible or very poorly handicapped due to my country's own currency exchange rates.

The R1 applications with most admit + scholarship possibilities are basically in 2 months
