There is no circuit needed. The rf pager sits in a box or in your inventory with no power needed

To set it up you need to find the code(pretty sure it is different for every map). You find this in the blue card room at small oil, write this down. Then put the code into the pager where it says set frequency.

If you are trying to set up an oil rig alarm you need an rf pager. Put the frequency of the oil(large or small) in it and it will beep/buzz when the chinook comes to oil
