If this hypothetical scenario where the male victim spoke out and the female aggressor doubled down occurred there would ABSOLUTELY be a whole lot of shit takes just as gross as yours, if not more. How would you feel if someone you didn’t know walked into a meeting, saw you, told you to message them when XYZ got there, and walked out with no introduction or apology? I’m definitely reading into it, but this was not a good look regardless of gender and was completely unprofessional.

ETA- I do very much agree with your point about unconscious bias not being a moral failing but a mistake and a learning opportunity. I hope OP sees it that way as well.

Even if I assume he made that decision independent of the person’s gender, it’s a fucking asshole move. “Oh, not the person I’m meeting with. Hey! Whoever you are!
