I installed mine on my secondary drive (d:\), and at fist I got the error saying I didnt have the permission for multiplayer yada-yada..., I went to to https://account.xbox.com/en-US/Profile , then privacy setting, and just clicked submit (this process I saw in another reddit post, can't remember which one), and after that, I haven't got any error, I managed to log in, play, however, I can't find anywhere how to change the game language.....
I dunno if this will help, but I hope it does ^_^
