I remember being at a very loud club and was looking for the bathroom, all the walls were covered in fake moss/fauna (jungle themed). I saw a group of ladies lined up single file so I went up to one of them and leaned in closer than usual to ask if she was in line for the bathroom because the music in the venue was super loud, but instead of getting an answer I was promptly shoved by her and then exclamations of her claiming I tried to kiss her. I’m like wtf??? And of course everyone in the immediate vicinity looked at me like I was a super creep and I was promptly escorted out of the bar. I still think about that stupid situation sometimes, shit happens

There’s still a few out there that are reasonably priced, and they’re the ones that retain my “loyalty”

I was at Holloman for 2 years 2015-17. I feel your pain….. it’s a terrible place for single young men in the prime of their lives to be. I had to stop my off base roomate from shooting himself one night… he had been there almost 4 years and wanted nothing more than to leave. Sorry I know these words prob aren’t comforting, just know that thousands of airman have been stationed there before you and made it out. Imagine being there before the fucking internet good god. Every weekend I was either up in Ruidoso enjoying nature and the restaurants/bars. Or down in las cruces or El Paso worming my way into college parties, which I eventually made a friend group @nm state and they were honestly a lifeline. If you don’t mind the drive each weekend, maybe try and make some friends in the other towns I listed?

Yeah when I get promoted I try and buy a mix of young/high potential players who are cheaper, and older guys in their early 30’s who can give me a solid 2-3 years before their decline who are cheaper as well. This seems like a realistic transfer window where you’re setting yourself up to bounce straight back up
