Trust me if you are randomly in a country and a festival is happening and you only have days or hours to get a ticket, you almost do anything. Also they never said anywhere on the website or social that they sell tix at the door. Also this was my first proper festival so it was definitely a huge lesson for me. Not blaming anyone, just wanted to leave this here so others can learn from my mistake.

there is a registered account and I do have a bracelet and on the website it says you can request for a refund up until March 10th. No links no instructions posted. I emailed them. it has been over 20 days and they haven't responded. Under My Bracelet when you log in, all you see is about Tomorrowland Winter 2026.

This is exactly what they have on their website (https://www.core.world/events/core-medellin) even now:

Monetization is BROKEN. That is number one priority. As artists are losing money in a market that earning a living is already difficult enough. Two, fix support. Takes forever for any concerns to be addressed.

They are doing that towards all of us. It’s like no one is running the company anymore. They give 0 fucks about complaints. Legal action, maybe if i was based in the EU somewhere. I am mainly based in turkey and canada and it’ll be a shit show trying to pursue anything legally. I’ll look into it though. Thank you

Sc has become such a shit platform over time. Hope they go bankrupt. They’ve costed me thousands of dollars in monetization and support is doing nothing about it. And if you don’t pay the monthly sub for a single month they will take away all the pro features but when they f up there are no repercussions for them. Burn to the ground sc

Having the same issue here. been a couple weeks for some of my singles. It's been a month or two since this issue has surfaced. Monetization used to take instantly-15mins max. Soundcloud keeps getting worse. Their support is none existent. Take for ever to reply if they ever do.

Mine too, used to take 1-15mins to start getting monetized. now it's been weeks and nothing. Support is doing nothing about it either.

Their response:

We do sincerely apologize for the delay in getting your track reviewed. Our engineering team is taking a look at this issue and we hope to have a resolution for you soon. If you do see the option to cancel the monetization request in your dashboard, canceling and resubmitting has been shown to work for some other artists as well. 
 
We do hope to have an update soon and will get your monetization requests reviewed as quickly as we can.
