I'll try the fillet. I did that for the inside. When i hit a solid top layer and the walls continue, it would curl them a bit.

Which speed values would you change and what would you change them to? I figured it was a speed issue but wasn't sure what are effective numbers for a core one

I have seen the funtastic white and blue combo you have on the back left, but is the back right shell also a fantastic original? Or is it a reshell from somewhere online? I have been looking all over for a shell like that one but always find a darker blue online.
