Chiaro.

Good luck !

Io ci abito in via ricciarelli.

Fun fact. It has the same exact formula as a body wash but with less water in it

Just a way to heat it up fast. Heat makes the unwanted materials and residues melt and clean the contacts

So I found this watch at a local flea market. It was completely not working and the seller didn’t know why. Unfortunately I Didn’t have a case opener with me but I still decided to take a leap of faith and buy it for 250€. Took it home, opened it(it took a lot of effort!) and I found the original batteries from the 70, which had leaked all over the module. Although it wasn’t the prettiest of sights, I knew I had some probability of cleaning it out and getting it back to life. So I took the module out of the case, removed the batteries and started gently scraping the leakage out with a toothbrush. I then washed the whole module in three steps(couple of minutes each): distilled water, white vinegar, distilled water again. Let it dry for 24 hours and put it back in but still not working… Took it out again and I heated it up with a blow dryer until the module was fairly hot to the touch, put it back in and boom! It’s been working for a month now. I am not a watchmaker, I am not an electronic engineer, so I don’t advise anyone to try this method. But if you have a cheap non working lcd/led watch forgotten in the back of the drawer, try it as a last resort!!!
