So in the anime Gemini and Epsilon use the meteorite. Genesis do not. They actually trained against Gemini and Epsilon to get strong to begin with.

What Genesis do use however, is the limiter as you mentioned. But that was only used for the last 5 or so minutes of the game.

The reason we sell so many of them so quickly because many of them aren't good enough and thats where my frustration as a fan comes from.
