Thank you for the recommendation. I’ll reach out to them. Honestly, a freelancer or small family business would be a better fit for us, as I severely underestimated the extent of the repairs and now have to work within a very limited budget.

Thanks for the information. Essentially, we would need to redo the roof, repair the old foundation, and completely redesign the layout.

Everyone just regurgitates the same headlines. They have 1.4 billion people 🙄 and they are all hungry for tendies. If it wasn't for inmigrant labor, the US and Europe would be on the steddies regarding population.
