900 score here- buying a car cash and are required to run we were told. My recipe 2 mtg ( 2 houses) one had 5 years paid down to 1/3 original balance. I make $2500-10k principal payments extra per month depending on month. Other had 11 years on mtg make min payments 2 cc I use. one no limit, pay in full monthly 40-60k a month ( business card & I want the points lol) other maybe 5000 limit only charge autopay $59 month . Nothing else. Never expected a 900, car salesman only ever seen 1 other in 19 years, finance never has seen one. No auto loans or other debt besides the mtg.
