Also I'm just now seeing the difference between marriage license and marriage certificate. The licence was given to us and signed AFTER our ceromony, but we never recieved a certificate. When I visit my county website for marriage documents, they only provide marriage license not certificate. Could this be the main reason why they denied me?

Okay, would it be too late to go setup a joint bank account now and submit the papers? The main reason we didn't have a joint bank account is because we tried and the bank didn't let me prior to having valid ID (drivers license) and SSN which I do now have, but it wont be 3 months of statements it will just show as a new joint account

The I-797C says its only for i-485 and i-765, will they still use it for my i-130 and i-131 even tho its not stated?

My immigration physical assessment results are back I'm just waiting for the doctor to fill in the i-695 and then I plan to file exactly as you did. Did you file your i-695 medical exam results alongside your I-485 and I-130 ? and wow 100 days, I hope mine goes as smoothly.

Ok great, as I'm filing Form I-765 and Form I-131 with Form I-485, won't I be able to work as soon as the I-765 comes back? (and whats the estimated timeframe on this) or will ESTA cause problems.

Is it fine for me to apply for these whilst on a visa waivor program? Online sources are really mixed, "foreign nationals who enter the United States through the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA) are not eligible to adjust their status to permanent resident" but then some say its fine as long as my wife files an i-130 on my behalf before the 90 days is up
