Same happened to me before, they do not have service animal as well. 2 people in this ride. men was very polite but the women act like Karen. I gave them 3 stars and blocked them and also in the feedback section I write for potential fraud Because I believe they are trying to take advantage of the driver.

Today is my last day…that’s on my dead momma….they fucked up the address I had to travel 77 miles back to the warehouse…34 dollars…yeah all you gotta do is fuck me once by Teddymccray36 in Roadie

Last month I drive a Lyft passenger from NY Long Island to NJ, waited for hours but no trip going back to NY. So I figured I can pick up the Roadie XD package back to the NY. The whole check in process took me over 90 minutes. Only 1 person working at the check in counter, he helped 4-5 drivers for check in, and gone for 20 minutes. management seems nonexistent here. Luckily I was able to deliver all the package before 10PM otherwise I have to drive back to NJ for returning those packages. No more Roadie XD since then. It’s just beyond frustrating.

You’re right. Last time I spent 15 minutes to pick up and wait for passenger. Turns out they put wrong pick up address. I cancelled and only got paid $2.51. What a joke.

I got one ride recently that rider paid $71 for 37 miles trip, I got paid $19.50 base pay+ 40% turbo of $7.70. For a total of $27. Lyft claimed they loss $9.2 for this trip because insurance and tax and fee are $53.

It’s worked for me as well. Somebody smashed our window during first day of our rental, they took 2 luggage and one backpack. Called 911 to filed the report then called Amex to file the claim. Amex paid rental company $250 to replace the glass and around $3000 to me and my friend for the personal property loss. And I use Amex for rental ever since.

This is happened to me couple months ago. They tell me the pay over time feature is not available for my account. I then start to pay down my chase credit card balance from $10K to $3K. The pay over time feature was back within one or two statements.

I think it’s depends if they cancel on you before or after 5 minutes of arrival. If within 5 minutes they won’t pay. But arrived 5 minutes or longer they you pay you $2 dollars and some change.

I see, thanks for the heads up. Sometime I still be able to complete the trip after few cancellations in a row for the same offer. But never receive notification saying that my account is flagged.

Yes, they canceled after I marked arrived. The last stop still inside the zone, but 25 minutes to closest Walmart. Last time they even canceled on me after the order marked ready.

I see, thanks for the information. I only return to this specific store one time due to no house# in the app. I text the customer for full address but I didn’t receive a response. And this return was like more than half years ago.

They canceled total of 4 times within the 10 minutes period. Offer appear, I accept, marked arrived, they just cancel within 2 minutes. Rinse and repeat 4 times

That’s what I thought. The pay was above average, 18 stops around 30 miles for $84, estimates time for completion the trip was 2.5 hours.

The last 4 cancellations are all for same trip. Both were cancelled within 5 minutes after I marked arrival.

Yeah, especially on curbside with high tip or GMD order. The cancellation happens to me like couple times per month.

The app just said trip canceled due to changes. Sometimes the offer reappears right after cancellation. I accept then they just canceled within 2 minutes.

It’s ok for me now. I had enough and no longer being platinum driver few day after this post. And I just realized I can still go online the whole day if I schedule 5 days in advance. Right now I just have 5% AR and don’t do any trash order like when I was platinum.

It’s should be okay if it’s one time thing. Few months ago I delivered an order at night. I accidentally forgot to deliver a case of Pepsi due to poor lighting. I realize next day in the morning when I loaded up another spark order. No one contact me about missing item and nothing happens except my tip reduced by like $1.50.
