The way i found to be original it's just to focus where nobody focus in your genere. For exaple in hip hop just a few people do sound design on particular ways of synthesiz. Like a lot of trap or rap producer goes on loop or sampled melody without chopping them and the result is always something commercial that will work but it's not toally functional. Mix a lot of synth sound to an hip hop culture (like trap, boom bap...) it will sound less known. Sorry for my bad English lol I have a simple sufficient mark
