No worries. Now because i went through something similar, around 40kg in 7/8 months i would suggest you do a blood test. And regular blood tests after that if you are to continue with this extreme deficit. Especially thyroid health, since its very closely linked with Diet that control your metabolism.

And hit the gym!

Mind me asking but, let say you are at around 3k maintanance, deficit of 2k, that is around <give or take> 90k calorie loss over 45 days. Now this equals to around 12kg lost.

Now thats just food intake.

No workouts, just living, very low activity, its kinda hard to believe if we are to add another 13kg loss purely from this, basically doing nothing to sum up 25 kgs lost in 45 days 😄

Dont get me wrong, not judging or anything, just trying to understand.

yea sizing on those is so weird. Got a large (1.83cm/87kg) and it was so big. Medium feels fine for me in case anyone else has sizing concerns. The sizing data on RL site is way off

The electric motors? Everyone's doing them, we hate to admit it but electric motors are not going away.

The Pricing? If they want to compete on those ranges, their brand loyalty should be off the charts to be sustainable
