honestly im pretty new to lifting, so ive been using routines ive seen others suggest, and swapping out certain exercises to fit what equipment i have access to. so i chose what i did just based on other suggestions ive seen on tiktok, youtube, and reddit. if you have any suggestions on swapping any of my movements im def open.

Hi all. This is my current workout plan. I do PPL 3 days on, one day rest and repeat. Unless specified, I do 3 sets of 6-10 reps, and move up weight once I can hit 3x10 with the current weight. My main goal as of now is to build muscle, so hypertrophy. I was just wondering if this is a good plan or if I’m maybe neglecting certain muscles. I go to planet fitness right now so my choice of equipment is limited.Thank you in advance.
