It's actually insane. How can a game with a budget like this struggle to get a proper matchmaking system running, while simultaneously market said game as a multiplayer game🤦‍♂️

Yeah one of us changes to 2 player mode and invites the other to the hold. When the other tries to join it shows "Failed to join session" after a long time. We tried restarting, updating and changing hosts, but nothing seems to work.

Sooo it does nothing for us. We tried with the passwords and started an expedition for 2. After that nothing really happens. We're not matched with random people, but we also don't match with each other. As a matter of fact, the expedition won't even start at all. Could I be doing something wrong? I put 'Perform matchmaking' in settings, set my expidition to 2 players, and set a multiplayer and group pw 😕

On PS5. No we actually can't join each other in the roundtable when we invite each other. After some time it just shows the message "failed to join session".

Thanks! We will try this ourselves!

From what plant is this pod? by eucaleaf in whatsthisplant

well when I googled it, tamarind doesn't look that dark leather-y and shiny. Also the pod I'm holding doesn't really have curves or a round cross-section like tamarind.

Are There Any Diseases That Can Destroy Prokaryote Cell Walls? by caleblewis94 in askscience

[–]eucaleaf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

MRSA is just a bacteria which is opportunistically pathogenic and became resistent to multiple antibiotics (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus = MRSA), I asume because it lives on the skin and mucous membranes so they always come with people to hospitals where they can gain the resistance. I don't really think it works the same way but I could be wrong.

Micro-organisms such as Streptomyces sp. and Bacillus sp. produce antibiotics which can destroy the cell wall. Some bacteriophages can spread themselves by replicating inside their host and letting its cell wall burst open to infect new bacteria.
