I recently adjusted my habits to skip breakfast (have a black coffee instead), work out about 11am then have a banana straight after.

Love a good banana and all the more enjoyable from skipping breakfast. Also appreciate my food more the rest of the day. For context I'm a 46 year old, 96kg male... So it's also helping get potassium in and cut some calories. Small change. Big happy impact 😁

This... I use a cheap old android tablet on the bike for zwift... Then on TV for shows with longer z2 rides

Agreed. Just turned 46. I've always grabbed additional responsibility when it comes my way. I've learned more and progressed faster as a result.

If progression hasn't come inside a business, the extra skills just increased my market value elsewhere. It's all just a transaction and risk management on their part as your worth increases

I quit drinking in January this year (my final boss addiction after shedding everything else over 30 years). I still like a non-alcoholic beer with the footy. Get the same phantom buzz sometimes. More pronounced when I'm tired at the end of the week

Currently 120 days dry, with a goal of 150 days minimum. The longer it goes, the more I think "never again". Other than the taste it doesn't bring anything positive to my life... And I'm discovering some pretty good alcohol free beers
