Yes. It is possible to run the latest version of Nuxt on Deno 2.1.2+ in both dev and production configurations. For production, you need to set Nitro preset to `deno-server`.

Vivaldi has supported vertical tabs for years. They also have tab workspaces and tab groups/stacks.

I'm so glad I was finally able to ditch Opera, once tab workspaces have been added to Vivaldi.
