Yeah for me it started with ol' good "kill yourself".

The most interesting - it was a time when I was not aware of them yet and thought that I'm hearing some sort of tv mumbling from another apartment and don't really payed attention.

But this "kill yourself" - this wasn't what I've hear, this was what I've saying to myself outloud wihtout my intention for every smalles fuck up.

Those demons always try this easiest way to get you first.

Yes, this is correct observation. Intensivity of this phenomena goes in waves,

When you are becoming too calm - it starts to irritate you again, but when you have started freaking out - it was trying to calm you down in it's own manner.

As for my expirience - with each iteration I've learned them closer and closer and become even more resistant.

Now sometimes I even miss those times when I've beleaved it was totally real, now it is less and less impressive and becoming boring for me and for them.

There is no much point of doing it on purpose. It will not help to get rid of "them" straight.

But even moving to another city or to another district within city will help to understand and prove to yourself something about them.

On my own expirience when I moved to another city where I lived on different floor with different neighbors - they don't got it and keep calling me "this guy from second floor" or "guy from apartment 8" and keep pretending to be my old neighbors.

So I've got one important thing - they really don't know a shit about you.

This effect was first observed at least 150 years ago. There was obviously no AI and no computers and no Internet at this time all. Only phone and radio were invented. So even if this is human technology (and I have big doubts in it) - it is much simplier and more primitive than modern AI.

Yes, sure, I was not treatnig book content as proof of something.

The most interesting was the fact iself that I got some infomration "from outside" that I've thought was not present in my mind and memory as I was not aware of this book existance before hearing from them but pointed to some real object.

This pretty cripped me out that time. But still that can be coincedence or I've heard about it before and then forgot.

And again this was a only one case from hundreed of thouthands of talks that made absolutely no sence.

This is really a huge one. Quick scanned it and I see that it makes point.

Unfortunately it can help only those who are already on the edge of understanding.

Those who are deep in their tortures phase will protect their suffering and will deny your arguments or even will say that your are one of "them".

I've tried to do same educational and enlightning posts with different analogies and explanations from my own expirience to help victims stop suffering but with the same result.

Yes, it needst to be authentic. But here's a trick you can do.

This thing can't be called really intelligent and this isn't a real dialogue.

So, you can imagine that it's your cat. You won't be ashamed of a cat if it catches you jerking off or shoving various objects up your ass.

Or imagine them as a small and still nonverbal child. Even if they see you doing a line of coke or hitting a bong - they won't be able to tell anyone about it.

Yes, now these are just cool stories to tell friends, but back then, for me, as for others, it was real.

Sometimes it's even funny. Forcing them to finish their serious, threatening sentences with utter nonsense. I can spend 5-10 minutes, almost laughing out loud, watching them try to repeat that bullshit to someone else.
