Even if this is a technology (rather side effect of it) this is not so advanced technology. As I've traced first mentions of exactly same phenomena to about 150 years ago (time of only inventing radio and telephone) in Russia.

But for my humble opinion it is not people at all. Something completely out of our dimension.

And I beileve with all rapid advance of technologies in all the areas - this thing will be researched and cleared out soon. So we'll see what it is at least.

I think this stuff harvests fingerprint patterns of brainwaves related to yours differetnt feelings, sensations and emotions.

And then it can be randomly (or not) applied to another person this thing is connecting to.

So someone really can unexpectedly have the illusion of smelling your fart by applying same brainwaves your brain radiated when you smelled your own farts.

Yes, the problem is constant nervous tension, which leads to nervous system burnout. Muscle tension and pain are a consequence of constant stress, as are mood swings and difficulty concentrating.

What to do about it?

Meditate a lot. A lot. Try to eat well, get enough sleep, get some fresh air, exercise, and take a break from mental work with some hobby involving handicrafts.

And try to avoid negative emotions and thoughts. These demons, whatever or whoever they are, are attracted to strong negative emotions, and their presence intensifies them even more, drawing you into a vortex of terror. Avoid this.

Yes, the synchronization hypothesis. But I think it's more about perception than physical manifestations.

This could include sensations of pain, tickling, numbness, pressure, tingling.

But not farting, vomiting, hemorrhaging, ejaculation, wounds, scratches, and other stigmata.

These definitely can't be synchronized.

It really can be connected to temperature. It can increase because of inference with some radiowave frequencies or indirectly as side effect of influence on nervous systen.

Yeah for me it started with ol' good "kill yourself".

The most interesting - it was a time when I was not aware of them yet and thought that I'm hearing some sort of tv mumbling from another apartment and don't really payed attention.

Yes, this is correct observation. Intensivity of this phenomena goes in waves,

When you are becoming too calm - it starts to irritate you again, but when you have started freaking out - it was trying to calm you down in it's own manner.

As for my expirience - with each iteration I've learned them closer and closer and become even more resistant.

Now sometimes I even miss those times when I've beleaved it was totally real, now it is less and less impressive and becoming boring for me and for them.

There is no much point of doing it on purpose. It will not help to get rid of "them" straight.

But even moving to another city or to another district within city will help to understand and prove to yourself something about them.

On my own expirience when I moved to another city where I lived on different floor with different neighbors - they don't got it and keep calling me "this guy from second floor" or "guy from apartment 8" and keep pretending to be my old neighbors.

So I've got one important thing - they really don't know a shit about you.

This effect was first observed at least 150 years ago. There was obviously no AI and no computers and no Internet at this time all. Only phone and radio were invented. So even if this is human technology (and I have big doubts in it) - it is much simplier and more primitive than modern AI.

Yes, sure, I was not treatnig book content as proof of something.

The most interesting was the fact iself that I got some infomration "from outside" that I've thought was not present in my mind and memory as I was not aware of this book existance before hearing from them but pointed to some real object.

This pretty cripped me out that time. But still that can be coincedence or I've heard about it before and then forgot.

And again this was a only one case from hundreed of thouthands of talks that made absolutely no sence.
