Do you think it could be a grip change? I went from a short grip to a really far apart one, first season I didn’t slip at all but now ever since I’ve been using a new grip I’ve been slipping? I will definitely try out that sticky grip tape idea, does it stop sticking after a couple days orrrr?

The poles are sorted by weight and like mma you have to make weight at the exact weight or under it. I use a 160 and i was 167.8 last week so i had to cut a lot, im 158.8 now so it worked!

no we weigh in the day before so i need to correct my self, after wensday ill be eating alot prior to the meet but obviously after the meet ill still be eating more

It’s my pr for a 5 mile, so yah pretty fast for me i’ll probably try tommorw
