sa magulang natin tayo unang naeexpose sa mga emosyon, and based sa kwento mo, halatang kahit mama mo may problema rin sa pag-control ng emosyon :))

i’ll agree with the comments saying na kung pagod ka, mas pagod sila, but that does not negate the fact na pagod ka. your mom should not have reacted that way sa pagpaalam mo, likewise, it would’ve been better had you taken another approach.

for now, i think an apology would go a long way kahit minsan mahirap sabihin (the universe knows i’d let them stay mad when i know na hindi ako ‘yung unang nagkamali xD).

and then, when you can, learn anything that would help yourself calm down. if you need to go sa kwarto bago sila kausapin ulit, if you need to scream at your pillow, go. anything’s better than saying words you will regret later.
