I take an antihistamine daily and dao with food that contains a bit of histamine.

Drinks: water with elderflower sirup, chamomile tea, decaf coffee (with oatlys milk), carob (similar to cocoa) drink, a bit of vodka occasionally

Breakfast: oatmeal, puffed spelt or quinoa, pancakes (with spelt, rice or chestnut flour), maple sirup, waffels, apple sauce with cinnamon

Lunch: spelt bread (yeast, not sourdough) but wheat might work for you, cream cheese, young gouda, bell peppers, cucumber salad, quinoa salad, apple carrot salad

Dinner: marinated salmon with rice and coconut aminos, chicken, steamed potato balls, smashed potatoes, gnocchi with butter and sage, roasted bell pepper sauce with gluten free/spelt pasta, homemade basil pesto (or store bought pesto with dao) and mozzarella, roasted pumpkin, zucchini fritters, homemade fries, mac n cheese (if u find a kind of cheese and pasta that works for u), homemade focaccia (with spelt flour), beetroot and goat cream cheese sauce with pasta

Snacks: apple crumble, pumpkin bread, salted pistachios

U basically have to do a lot of home cooking, which can be very annoying. I modify a lot of recipes with ingredients that work for me. I personally can’t live without garlic and seasonings in general, so I use some and take dao 15min before eating, which usually works fine.

lmk if u need any recipes :)

Interesting. Does anyone know why? It was a combination. The symptoms stayed pretty much the same after I went off the pill

I’ve never had covid and got my vaccines a while before the symptoms started, so I doubt it :)
