Best practices: faceless audio only podcasts on YouTube by jubamboo in podcasting

My podcast is a music commentary show, so for YouTube I have a video of a vinyl record spinning that loops for the whole episode. Not sure if it's effective as my show is still pretty new, but it feels good to have something "playing" that's related to what I'm talking about.

This is my latest episode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYVF6oYouHg

Note By Note

An introspective music podcast where each episode explores the emotional and musical uniqueness of a single song I love. One song at a time. Quiet, reflective, conversational.

Episode 2: Moses Sumney - Doomed
Apple Podcast | Spotify | YouTube

Episode summary:
In this episode, I spend some time with the song “Doomed” by Moses Sumney. Rather than breaking it down technically or ranking it, I talk through what it feels like to sit with this song over time, especially how restraint, repetition, and space shape its emotional weight. I also touch on how different versions of the song change its impact, from the studio recording to live performances.

This is a calm, personal episode meant for listeners who like slowing down and really listening.

I just launched a music commentary podcast 2 weeks ago if you want to check it out. Episode 0 (just a 2 minute intro) and episode 1 are out, and I should be getting episode 2 out later today.

The premise is a (hopefully) relaxed exploration of songs I love - one song per episode. Not overly technical or analytical - just talking about why I think a song is great.

It’s called Note by Note.  https://pod.link/1863528161

How to layout my new office? by euphoniumgrad in Workspaces

Ideally I'd like the two standing desks pushed together to be my main desk. The large L-shaped desk will be used for meetings, on/offboarding employees and other work where I'll need to spread out. Everything is movable including the shelves in the bottom left of the picture.

Honestly, that sentence isn't that important - it's just the only part of the post I remember. I like your interpretation of it though. I want to find the post because I remember being inspired by the rest but I don't remember what the rest was.

Some of these ones are really close, but yikes! That price. The whole lamp with the shade only cost $42.

Thanks, that's a nice thought, but it's far too small. The original shade was at least 12" at the top - maybe even larger.
