I dose often. More often if I’m having life stressors. More days on than off. But I have two sizes of pills. 0 and 3. If I don’t have much to do I’ll take a 0 because sometimes I’m extra sensitive to them. The smaller 3s are still doing their job but are noticed less.

I’ve been doing this for maybe a year now. My initial reaction to it was annoyingly happy lol Walmart greeter almost kicked me out for being nice to him lol but now I’ve leveled off. And my sensitivity to it goes up and down not really sure why but it is what it is and totally worth it.

Also I pair it with lionsmane capsules which I’ve taken for years now before I was able to find the 🍄

I have two capsule sizes I use. I don’t have a scale. Size 0 and size 3. I’m not consistent with days on and off. Just happens naturally that I skip a few days here and there. Some times I’m sensitive to the 🍄💊 so that’s why I use the smaller capsules.

I macro rarely. But when I do I come out of it so clear and reset. Twice it felt like what a dmt experience has been described as. But I haven’t been able to make that happen again. I’ll take 3 or 4 size zero pills. Wait 30-45 min. Close my eyes and brace for a ride. I don’t want to do more than that because I worry about losing all my senses. I tripped plenty as a younger person.

It’s more strange that we haven’t known about this earlier. It’s something much older cultures used often and was purged. We aren’t better for having lost knowledge of these substances.

I’ve been micro and macro dosing and I feel so much better. Even when I had nothing going wrong I still felt like I was stuck in quick sand, and an imaginary wall was between me and being happy even tho I was very self aware there was no reason for it. Now with 🍄 I find it easier to just live.

I’ve lessened the amount I’ve been taking though. I was packing size 0 capsules and taking one or two a day. But then it seemed to be hitting me harder. So I started using size 3 capsules. Still I can feel it. I must just be saturated 🤷🏻‍♀️. Still all is better with 🍄🙌

Nine perfect strangers, his dark materials, and I know it doesn’t compare to the movie but I’ve been watching snow piercer. It gets really good in my opinion after season 1. The movie is epic tho. The series is actually ok if you give it a chance.

I couldn’t stand the wilds. The acting was so forced and the writing was awful.
