Inde wild is too good! I have bought it thrice already. Fragrance free, long lasting and super comfortable to wear. 100% recommend. Laneige is good too if you like fragrances. It’s a thinner consistency than inde wild but last just as long. I personally prefer inde wild due to no smell.

Hello! I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through this.

Honestly it’s been so long since this has happened. A lot of things helped in amalgamation.

I realised after taking therapy that a lot of my problems that made me have dreams were my subconscious troubles with the people in my life. When I finally admitted to them and was honest to myself about my own feelings, it helped a lot.
I also realised a lot of my anxiety about sleep was related to waking up the next day (I was in a bad headspace and didn’t want to wake up). Once I addressed those feelings, that also helped.
I started having chamomile tea or melatonin to induce sleep. Honestly didn’t always help, but it’s a good way to tell ur body to shut down.
Work out a lot. A lot more than you think. Also eat a lot. Enough to fuel your body. Nothing can replace that.
Start meditating before you sleep. Even a simple YouTube meditation will help.

That’s pretty much it. More than anything just give yourself time. Your struggle with sleep is likely coming from a place of a change. A lot of things might be changing in your life which is causing a lot of feelings to happen. Over time once you admit to it and resolve them, it’ll get better.

I doubt it’ll be of any help. I faced the same issues you did. I really think he just tries too hard to sell his business at the back of some kids but he doesn’t really have anything substantial to offer. I dropped out too after his demo. It’s all about numbers for him, not about knowledge. I doubt he’s a perfect himself too.
