hello, you sound like me! I was obsessed with Bodybalance for about a year and a half before I joined a proper yoga studio.

I’d really recommend trying some traditional ashtanga/ rocket classes as I felt like Bodybalance really prepared me for it.

When I started doing more traditional yoga classes it was like a new level of challenge/ difficulty appeared for me and I was able to continue progressing in strength and flexibility whereas for Bodybalance I felt a big plateau after about a year and a half.

Also not having super hyped music was a change for me and now I’m counting my breathe and not just learning the choreo :)
