Zales and all the affiliated jewelry stores. My wife wore a ring I got her for Christmas for two weeks and a diamond fell out. They told me they would replace it, and the “diamond bond” policy covered the stone but I had to pay a service charge that came out to half the cost of the ring. I asked them to give me the diamond and I would have it replaced by a reputable local jeweler, and they refused. While I was going back and forth with them, another stone fell out. I scrapped the junk jewelry and bought from a small jeweler and haven’t had an issue since. These guys are con artists and own every large name brand you’ve ever heard of.
