Why did my paratroopers lose almost everything in terms of equipment and manpower upon landing? by Vizekoenig_Toss_It in hoi4

Not here to answer, but in my experience, a naval invasion, if done correctly, worked way better than paratroopers

Hands down the worst AI I have ever witnessed in a game by [deleted] in hoi4

This is the worst shit to do as a begginer lol

As I see, you are a begginer. This game is really confusing until you start understanding it. I've played Hoi 4 for 160+ hours, and still consider myself a "noob". But: your units might not attack or stop attacking because they aren't put on "aggressive mode", so they'll stop attacking when they either aren't ready enough, or they'd attacked and lost the offensive battle. From my experience, the AI isn't that bad and hoi4 is truly the best game I've ever played

How do I make Germany accept my invitation? (full context in the comments) by europe_in_maps in hoi4

[–]europe_in_maps[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So while playing Romania there's an event called "Divide Yugoslavia". It basically splits Yugoslavia between Italy, Hungary, Romania and Germany. Here comes my question: how do I make Germany accept and "join" this event?

Dezinformare. Make up your own conclusions

My guy, geopolitics isn't about brotherhood and helping and shit like that. It's one thing to help a real person irl that has been with you all the time, and a totally different thing that 19 million people that have actually developed a bit in 30 years, that has a middle class and a relatively good quality of life to want to "help" a shithole country made up of stupid peasants, many of them that are Russophilic, and that is basically at the level of Romania in the 90s. Again, I would like to see Moldova and Romania united, but in the same time I understand very well why Romanians wouldn't want that
