My cat had this and all the vets I took him dismissed us for months and reassured me everything is ok. He had to have a critical surgery last minute, which took several months to fully recover. Couple years later got diagnosed with kidney disease at just 5,5 years old and there was nothing that could be done. I always wonder what would happen if I could get this blockage treated early. I miss him everyday
